1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Pixel Grid, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services

Pixel Grid provides website design and development services for businesses. Our services include but are not limited to: custom website design, development, hosting setup, domain configuration, SEO optimization, and ongoing maintenance.

3. Payment Terms

  • All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • Payment is required as per the agreed payment schedule
  • A 50% advance payment is required before project commencement
  • Final payment is due upon project completion and before website handover
  • Hosting and maintenance fees are billed annually

4. Project Timeline

We commit to delivering websites within the agreed timeline (typically 7-14 business days). Delays caused by client response time or additional revision requests may extend the timeline.

5. Revisions

Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the included limit will be billed separately at our standard hourly rate.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, you own the final website design and content you provided
  • We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio
  • Third-party assets (fonts, images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses

7. Refund Policy

Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. If we are unable to deliver the agreed services, a pro-rated refund may be issued at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pixel Grid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam.
